Bible condones child sacrifice? Exo 22:29-30

(Exo 22:29-30 NIV) "Do not hold back offerings from your granaries or your vats. "You must give me the firstborn of your sons. {30} Do the same with your cattle and your sheep. Let them stay with their mothers for seven days, but give them to me on the eighth day.

On p 425 of EBE Dennis McKinsey referring to Ex 22:22-30 complains that bible verses advocating child sacrifice are systematically ignored and no longer quoted for obvious reasons.

No child sacrifice is involved, the firstborn sons were redeemed. They belong to the Lord, but are to be bought back (redeemed) from him as the following scriptures demonstrate..

(Exo 13:11-15 NIV) "After the LORD brings you into the land of the Canaanites and gives it to you, as he promised on oath to you and your forefathers, {12} you are to give over to the LORD the first offspring of every womb. All the firstborn males of your livestock belong to the LORD. {13} Redeem with a lamb every firstborn donkey, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem every firstborn among your sons. {14} "In days to come, when your son asks you, 'What does this mean?' say to him, 'With a mighty hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. {15} When Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let us go, the LORD killed every firstborn in Egypt, both man and animal. This is why I sacrifice to the LORD the first male offspring of every womb and redeem each of my firstborn sons.'

(Num 18:15-16 NIV) The first offspring of every womb, both man and animal, that is offered to the LORD is yours. But you must redeem every firstborn son and every firstborn male of unclean animals. {16} When they are a month old, you must redeem them at the redemption price set at five shekels of silver, according to the sanctuary shekel, which weighs twenty gerahs.

God tells his people not to sacrifice their children to Molech.

Lev 18:21 "'Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the LORD.

(Deu 12:31 NIV) You must not worship the LORD your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the LORD hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods.

(Deu 18:10 NIV) Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft,
