Noah was perfect
Rom. 3:23 says "all have sinned." All means
all. Yet, Gen. 6:9 says
Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations. Job 1:1 1 :8 say
Job was perfect. How could these men have been perfect if all have
sinned?

Answer:
Perfect before men, but not before God.
(Gen 6:9 NIV) This is the account of Noah. Noah was a righteous
man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God.
(Job 1:8 NIV) Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you
considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is
blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil."
