The commentary is essentially finished, but I do from time to time add a sentence here or there if I find something worth adding. I do not update the html version so the latest version is here in Word format. The downloads below are all formatted in European A4 format (219 pages when printed). If you want American letter format you should download the rtf or Word 2003 version and change the page size, although the pdf old version should still print OK. You can distribute it freely.

Download a Word 97 Viewer and Printer here 3,860 kB. If you live in the USA you might want to reformat the page size to letter format. The table of contents can be updated by selecting it and using F9.

If all that fails there is a zipped htm file
It will download into your browser. Remember to save it. You can view or print it off-line in your browser or with a word processor that can read html (Word 97 or Lotus WordPro). [The conversion process from Word to html results in some figures and quotation verses at the start of each section being lost, however this does not substantially alter the main commentary]
